I wish there was more BTS info on costume design and world-building. Like, what were they going for with the henchmen? Were they mutant Zeistians or another race entirely?

As shitty as the movie was, I somewhat regret there wasn't a novelisation that delved into Zeistian lore. I mean, the prop department clearly wanted to flesh out the world. I notice for instance that Katana has a cuttlefish-like pin on his uniform, and close up shots of his sword show some celtic motifs.
